Job Requirement :
  •  Degree in Finance and Banking, Marketing, law or related fields
  •  Minimum 2 years of work experience as Credit Officer
  •  Good computer literacy
  •  Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English
  •  Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  •  Able to work under pressure and willing to travel across branches.
Job Duties :
  •  Review and follow up loan recovery performance at branch level
  •  Chase and spot check late and non-paying clients as directed by the Branch Manager, Deputy Branch Manager or Credit Agent
  •  Act as a consultant to recommend late payment solution strategies
  •  Classify and analyze late payment issues in a group to determine priority solutions with the Branch Manager or Provincial Manager and ask the Credit Agents responsible to take action
  •  Initiate the conduct of risk prevention and recovery strategies
  •  Train and coach branch staff on recovery procedures
  •  Report 120-day-late payments to ensure loans are recovered on time
  •  File complaints on 120-day-late payments with local authorities (commune and district officers, especially the police)
  •  Prepare complaint files and perform role as plaintiff in court.
